Ingredientai
Tofu crumbles and paprika filling
  • 400 g extra-firm tofu
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 "Santa Maria" taco sauce mild
  • 1 tsp taco spice mix
  • 2 tbsp oil for baking
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • sea salt
Tomato Salsa
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (or cilandro)
  • 1/2 juice of one lime
  • 1 jalapeno (optional)
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • black pepper
Guacamole
  • 1 avokado
  • 1/2 juice of one lime
  • 2 tbsp plant-based yogurt
Taco shells
  • 12 Taco shells
  • lettuce leaves
Gaminimas
Tofu crumble
  1. Crumble the block of tofu with your fingers or with a fork into the bowl (no need to press it). Add the olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the garlic, tofu, seasonings. Cook for about 10 min., sauté until the tofu is lightly brown.

  3. Chop peppers into small pieces. Pour into a pan. Add the taco sauce into a pan, stir. Cook for about 4 minutes.

Tomato Salsa
  1. Chop tomatoes, onion, parsley into small pieces. Mix them with seasonings, lime juice, Tabasco sauce.

Guacamole
  1. Shred the avocado with a fork, mix with yogurt, lime juice.

Taco shells
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C temp. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the shells and bake for 5 minutes.

  2. Add thinly sliced lettuce leaves (about 2 tbsp), tofu filling into the taco shells. Top with tomato salsa, guacamole.
