Crumble the block of tofu with your fingers or with a fork into the bowl (no need to press it). Add the olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic, tofu, seasonings. Cook for about 10 min., sauté until the tofu is lightly brown.
Chop peppers into small pieces. Pour into a pan. Add the taco sauce into a pan, stir. Cook for about 4 minutes.
Chop tomatoes, onion, parsley into small pieces. Mix them with seasonings, lime juice, Tabasco sauce.
Shred the avocado with a fork, mix with yogurt, lime juice.
Preheat the oven to 180 C temp. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the shells and bake for 5 minutes.
Add thinly sliced lettuce leaves (about 2 tbsp), tofu filling into the taco shells. Top with tomato salsa, guacamole.
