To a large bowl, add wet ingredients (banana, milk, vanilla extract). Whisk to combine.
To another bowl, add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt). Whisk to combine. Add them to the wet ingredients bowl.
Heat a frying pan over the medium heat. Pour 1,5 tbsp batter making pancakes onto a greased pan. In the middle temp. cook about 2 min., then flip and cook on the underside.
