Homemade White Chocolate

Ingredientai
  • 60 g (1/2 cup+1 tbsp) cacao butter
  • 30 g (1/3 cup) coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp dried berries
Gaminimas

  1. Melt cacao butter (Pour hot water into a large bowl, place a smaller bowl into this bowl, pour cocoa butter, stir until melted).

  2. Pour the butter into a bowl and whisk with other ingredients. Pour into chocolate moulds (I used silicone waffle mould) and freeze for 2 hours.
