Preheat your oven to 180 C degrees.
Add the bananas to a food processor and process until smooth. In a bowl, pour bananas, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, mix until combined.
In a separated bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, coconut, salt. Stir in the bananas mixture and mix until flour is just combined.
Line a pan (24*17 cm) with parchment paper. Transfer batter to the pan and top with finely sliced strawberries. Press them slightly into the dough. Bake for 30 min.
