Blanch broccoli florets. Keep in a boiling water for 3 min. Rinse broccoli with cold water and drain.
In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.
In a big bowl, combine broccoli florets, tomatoes, and dressing. Keep for about 30 min.
In a plate, add salad mix, then broccoli and tomatoes. Top with chickpeas.
