Ingredientai
  • 1 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk (I used ALPRO)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp flax seed, mixed with 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • sea salt
  • 1 tsp vegan protein powder (optional)
  • coconout oil, for frying
Gaminimas
  1. Place the oatmeal to a food processor and blend until flour. 

  2. In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients. Pour dry into wet, and stir together. Let the batter sit for 5 min. 

  3. Heat the skillet and grease with coconut oil. Pour 1,5 tbsp batter for one pancake. Cook for 2 min., then flip and cook on the other side.
