Ingredientai
  • 3 handfuls basil leaves
  • 2/3 (88 g) cashews
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp yeast flakes
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 6-10 tbsp water
  • Himalayan salt
  • white pepper
Gaminimas
  1. In a food processor, add the basil, cashews, garlic, yeast flakes, lemon and 3 tbsp of water. Pulse until combined, but not completely smooth. 

  2. Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, 3-5 tbsp of water. Gently combined. Add more water, salt or pepper, if needed.

  3. Keep covered container in the fridge up to 4-5 days.
