Ingredientai
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup cashew
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup dried berries
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp date syrup or other sweetener
Gaminimas
  1. Coarsely chop the nuts. In a bowl, mix all ingredients.

  2. Preheat the oven to 140 C temp. Spread the mixture of nuts, seeds and dried berries on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 7 min. Then stir with a spatula and bake for another 7 min.

  3. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Keep in the fridge for a week.
