Cook the quinoa according to package directions. Cooked quinoa mix with turmeric.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok. Add the garlic, spices, except salt and pepper. Cook about 30 s. Add the carrot. Cook for 1 min. Add the veggies, except broccoli. Cook for 3 min., stirring frequently. Add the broccoli. Cook for 2 min.
Turn off the heat. Add the quinoa, lemon juice, hot sauce, pepper, salt. Mix well.
