Preheat oven to 180 C temp.
Wash and peel the pears. Slightly cut the bottom of pears to make them stand.
In a big bowl, lightly beat the eggs and sugar. Add the melted butter, cream, vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
In a separate bowl, add the flour, salt, baking powder, and soda, mix together. Add for twice the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Whish until combined.
Line a loaf pan (25*11 cm) with parchment paper. Pour the batter into a pan. Add the pears into the middle of the batter.
Bake for about 40 min.
