Ingredientai
  • 1 1/2 c (180 g) white spelt flour
  • 1/3 c (25 g) cacao powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c (80 g) sugar
  • 240 g dairy-free cream (I used oat cream)
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 small pears
Gaminimas
  1. Preheat oven to 180 C temp.

  2. Wash and peel the pears. Slightly cut the bottom of pears to make them stand.

  3. In a big bowl, lightly beat the eggs and sugar. Add the melted butter, cream, vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.

  4. In a separate bowl, add the flour, salt, baking powder, and soda, mix together. Add for twice the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Whish until combined.

  5. Line a loaf pan (25*11 cm) with parchment paper. Pour the batter into a pan. Add the pears into the middle of the batter.

  6. Bake for about 40 min.
