Wash and peel the pumpkin. Cut into small cubes.
In a large pot, heat the oil. Add the onion, jalapeños. Cook for about 3 min. Add the garlic. Cook about 30 s.
Add the minced chicken. Cook for a few minutes. Add the spices, salt, pepper, pumpkin. Stir and cook about 3-4 min.
Add the tomatoes, vegetable broth, pour the water. Bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer about 20 min. Add the beans and simmer about 5 min.
Remove from heat and keep up for 10 min. Taste and add more chili or salt if needed.
