Preheat oven to 190 C temp.
Peel the potatoes and slice into thin slices. In a big bowl, add the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs, add the milk, cheese, spices, salt, pepper.
2/3 of the mixture pour to the potatoes. Combine, until all potatoes covered.
Grease the baking pan (I used 25*19 cm). Layer the potato slices into the baking pan. Pour remained mixture over the top.
Cover with parchment paper and bake about 50 min.
Remove the parchment paper, increase the temperature to 200 C. Bake about 20 min. or until the potatoes fork-tender and the top golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley (optional).
Eat one or with vegetables, meat.
