Salmon
  • 450-650 g salmon fillet, cut into 2-3 pieces
  • fish spices
  • pinch of sea salt, black pepper
Mango salsa
  • 1 ripe mango, finely chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 fresh lime juice
  • pinch of sea salt, black pepper
Gaminimas
  1. Firstly, make a salsa: seed the tomato and finely chop. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients of salsa. Season with salt and pepper. Place into the fridge.

  2. Season the salmon with fish spices, salt, and pepper. Season the skin side of the salmon with salt.

  3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook for 4-5 min. Turn the heat to medium, flip and allow to cook about 3 min. Then cook about 30 s each side.

  4. Serve the salmon with mango salsa.

In addition, you can add jalapeno, coriander, cucumber or red pepper into the mango salsa.
