In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the honey, cinnamon, salt, stir to dissolve. Wait until the mixture is lightly bubbling.
Add the apricots, nuts and combine with a mixture. Cook about 3-4 min on until the apricots are tender.
In a big bowl, lightly whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, salt.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Dip slices of bread into the egg mixture. Place in a skillet.
Cook about 2-3 min or until lightly brown, then flip and cook on the other side.
Place in a plate and dust with sugar powder. Add the apricots on top.
