Frozen Berry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredientai
  • 2 1/3 st. frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and etc.)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
Gaminimas
  1. In a small saucepan, add berries and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for a few minutes or until they start to break down.

  2. Stir in the chia seeds, coconut sugar.

  3. Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
