Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper. Stir fry about 4 min. or until no longer pink. Set aside.
Add some oil, mushrooms, garlic. Cook about 4 min.
Add the pasta, chicken, hot broth. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer about 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Add the cream, cheese, garnish with salt and pepper and simmer for a few minutes.
Garnish with parsley.
