In a big bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Add the salmon and coat with sauce. Marinate in the fridge for about 20 min.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the top of salmon for 3-5 minutes or until golden. Turn the heat to medium, flip and allow to cook about 3 minutes.
Pour the sauce, add the lemon wedges into the skillet. Cook for 1 minute or until the sauce starts to thicken.
Drizzle salmon with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
