Kiekis: 10 small pancakes
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 cup wholegrain oat flour
  • 1/3 cup semi-coarse wheat flour
  • 1 cup hazelnut milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp oil for cooking
  1. To a large bowl, add wet ingredients (banana, milk, vanilla extract). Whisk to combine.

  2. To another bowl, add dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt). Whisk to combine. Add them to the wet ingredients bowl.

  3. Heat a frying pan over the medium heat. Pour 1,5 tbsp batter making pancakes onto a greased pan. In the middle temp. cook about 2 min., then flip and cook on the underside.
