Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Ingredientai
  • 200 g pasta "Penne Rigate"
  • 400 g Rome tomato
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Gaminimas
  1. Cook pasta, according to package instructions. 

  2. At the same time, heat olive oil in a skillet. Add chopped garlic and cook for 30 s. 

  3. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste. Cook on the low heat until becoming a sauce. Add chopped basil, salt, pepper. Mix well.

  4. Add pasta to the sauce. Toss well.

  5. Serve with chopped parsley and vegan cheese.
