Ingredientai
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3-4 tbsp flour (I used oat flour)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • pinch of sea salt and black pepper
  • oil for cooking
Cashew sauce
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 tsp onion powder
  • 1/3 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch oh white peppers
Gaminimas
  1. In the food processor pulse the broccoli, garlic until it resembles crumbs.

  2. In a bowl mix broccoli, quinoa, add water, lemon juice. Mix. Add the flour. If you need, use more water or flour.

  3. Use wet hands to form small patties. Heat the skillet and grease with oil. Cook for a few minutes or until roasted. Then flip and cook on the other side.

Cashew sauce
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth and creamy sauce is formed.
