In a small saucepan, add the cream, water, vanilla extract and agar powder. Whisk until combined. Let rest about 5 min. Heat until boiling (about 85C), stir about 5-8 minutes until the agar is dissolved.
Pour the berries into a mixture and whisk until combined.
Pour the mixture into the silicone muffins molds. Keep in the fridge for a few hours.
Before serving, remove from the molds.
