Cook the buckwheat according to package directions.
Lightly heat the skillet. Pour 1/3 cup of water, add the broccoli. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 6-8 min. If needed, add more water. Add the salt and black pepper.
Make the dressing. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
In a plate, add the lettuce, then buckwheat, broccoli, avocado. Sprinkle with feta. Pour dressing on top.
Serve warm or cold.
