Preheat oven to 180 C temp. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a big bowl, combine all ingredients of meatballs. Form small 25 meatballs.
Bake about 15 min.
Heat the oil in a big skillet. Add the pepper. Stir about 3 min.
Add the coconut milk, curry paste, peanut butter. Mix until combined. Reduce heat to medium and simmer about 8 min.
Sprinkle with lime juice, salt, pepper. Add the meatballs. Simmer about 4-5 min. on the low temp. Garnish with chives (optional).
Serve with rice or quinoa.
