Butter Garlic Salmon and Asparagus

  • 450 g salmon fillet, cut into 2-4 pieces
  • 250 g asparagus
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 clove of garlic, grated
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan (optional)
  1. Remove asparagus woody ends. It will naturally snap where it starts to get tough.

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat (the butter shouldn't be brown). Add the garlic and stir about 30 s.

  3. Add the asparagus. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, about 6-8 min. (depending on their size).

  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Cook with asparagus about a few minutes on each side.

  5. Sprinkle asparagus with Parmesan (optional).


Serve with sweet potatoes. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake 200 C temp. about 25-30 min.
