Ingredientai
  • 1/2 c oats
  • 2/3-3/4 c dairy-free milk (I used almond milk)*
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp oat brans
  • berries, fruits and nuts**
Gaminimas
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except berries, fruits, and nuts).

  2. Transfer into a jar with a lid. Store oats in the fridge.

  3. Warm the oats. Serve with berries, fruits, and nuts.

*2/3 cup milk for a thick consistency, 3/4 cup milk - for a lighter consistency.
