In a big bowl, add the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, red pepper, basil leaves, cloves of garlic. Blend until puree.
Pour the olive oil, lemon juice, garnish with sugar, salt and pepper.
Before serving, chill the soup about 2 hours. You can add some ice cubes. Divide into glasses or small bowls. Top with toasted bread cubes, cucumber, tomatoes. Serve with toasted white bread.
