Strawberry Chia Pudding

  • 3/4 c milk (I used oat milk)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp oatmeal
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • berries for topping
  1. Blend the milk, strawberries and sweetener until smooth.

  2. In a glass or jar, stir together the chia, oatmeal, milk. Cover the glass or jar and store in the fridge overnight.

  3. Top with berries before eating.
