Preheat oven to 180 C temp. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Transfer zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper.
Sprinkle salmon with sea salt. In a small bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
Transfer salmon on a baking sheet. Spread marinade over the top of salmon.
Bake about 12 min, using "grill and fan".
Served with pearl barley and corn.
