Ingredientai
  • 400 g white fish (I used cod)
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • sea salt, black pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 c bread crumbs
Greek Yogurt Tartar Sauce
  • 3/4 c Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 c pickled cucumber, finely chopped
  • 4-5 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey or maple syrup
  • sea salt, black pepper
Gaminimas
  1. Cut the potatoes into 3-4 pieces and boil. Cool the potatoes.

  2. Cut the fish into small pieces. In a big bowl, combine the potatoes and fish. Mash with a potato masher (or fork).

  3. Add the egg, Greek yogurt, dill, salt, black pepper, garlic powder. Stir until the ingredients are combined.

  4. Add the bread crumbs. Stir to combine.

  5. Preheat oven 200 C. Line an oven rack with parchment paper.

  6. Form with hands round cakes and lightly roll them into bread crumbs.

  7. Lightly brush the olive oil on the top of cakes.

  8. Bake about 12-14 min.

  9. In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients.

  10. Serve with sauce, vegetables, salad.
