Boil the quinoa in salted water for about 10-12 minutes.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon, season with fish seasoning, pepper, salt. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side (don't overcook, that fish wouldn't be dry).
In a bowl, combine all vegetables.
To serve, place the quinoa, salmon, vegetables on the plates. Sprinkle with pecans, parsley, drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil. Season with pepper, salt.
