Ingredientai
  • 3 c old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 c almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 c walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 c sunflower seeds
  • 2/3 c dried cranberries or raisins
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of sea salt
Gaminimas
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 C temp. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a big bowl, stir the oats, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, salt.

  3. Melt the coconut oil and honey. Add them into the oats and nuts mixture. Stir to combine.

  4. Transfer the mixture on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake about 24-28 minutes, stirring once halfway through or until the granola is lightly gold.

  6. Let the granola cool. Add the cranberries.

  7. Store in a glass container with lid.
