Honey Soy Glazed Salmon

Ingredientai
  • 450 g salmon fillet, cut into 3 pieces
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey, melted
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • olive oil for cooking
  • lemon wedges (optional)
  • sesame seeds (optional)
Gaminimas
  1. In a big bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Add the salmon and coat with sauce. Marinate in the fridge for about 20 min.

  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the top of salmon for 3-5 minutes or until golden. Turn the heat to medium, flip and allow to cook about 3 minutes.

  3. Pour the sauce, add the lemon wedges into the skillet. Cook for 1 minute or until the sauce starts to thicken.

  4. Drizzle salmon with sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
